The carrier is only obliged to deliver the shipment at street level, not being obliged to go up to the door of your home. If you refuse to pick up your order on your home portal, the shipping and return shipping costs will be borne by you and will be deducted from the return of your purchase.
The carrier may offer you the doorstep delivery service by assuming the payment of this additional service directly with the carrier.
Shipping costs.
Our average delivery time for orders with delivery in the peninsula is 24-96 hours (Monday to Friday) after confirmation of payment. The maximum delivery time for orders placed on the peninsula is 4 working days (96 hours/Monday to Friday).
Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination province and the weight of the products in the basket.
Outside Spain
For shipments outside Spain, check cost and delivery time by email to the address aceite@baenaoliva.com
The delivery time for orders with delivery outside Spain ranges from 7 to 10 working days.
Confirmation of Shipment.
You will receive an email at the address provided in the billing details once your shipment has been dispatched.
Incidents.
If delivery is not possible due to the absence of the recipient or any other reason, the transport company will contact you on the telephone number you have entered in the billing information form.
You must check the status of the shipment upon receipt and in the event of detecting any incident (breakage, damage to packaging, ...) you must indicate it on the carrier's delivery note or not receive the delivery and return the shipment to the carrier indicating the reason (damage). You must also take photographs of the damage to the packaging and the goods and report it to aceite@baenaoliva.com in order to proceed to claim against the carrier.
