All our extra virgin olive oils are of superior quality and certified under a strict control of the traceability of the process. However, if you are not satisfied when you receive your order, you have a period of 7 working days from the date of receipt to exercise your right of return. Shipping and receiving costs in case of return will be borne by the customer.
The product to be returned must be sent to the following address:

In order for the return to be accepted, the product must be in perfect condition; with the unaltered guarantee seal and in its original packaging if it is a gift box. Once the product has been received at the facilities of Peña de Baena S.L.u., and once its condition has been checked, the amount will be refunded.
Shipments with damages.
In all cases, the return of erroneous shipments or defective products will be accepted, with Peña de Baena being responsible for all transport costs. This must be communicated by the buyer, within 24 hours of receipt of the goods, to the e-mail address aceite@baenaoliva.com, by telephone 957 760 003, or by fax 957 291 285.
