Origin. Molino de Ízcar, our limited production extra virgin olive oil, is an ideal choice for demanding consumers who value natural products. This extra virgin olive oil comes from our farms and oil mills in Baena (Córdoba) and is aimed at those who appreciate health and enjoy the richness of Mediterranean gastronomy.

Varieties. A blend of picual, hojiblanca and picuda olives.

Tasting notes.  This oil from Cordoba is characterised by its medium-high fruitiness, offering a remarkable combination of both green and ripe nuances in intensity. Its distinctive smoothness is manifested with a sweet and pleasant entry as a mild olive oil, followed by subtle hints of bitterness and spiciness. In its final flavour profile, evocative notes reminiscent of apple freshness can be appreciated.
