- 1/2 L Extra Virgin Olive Oil Molino de Ízcar
- 2 L Water
- 4 lemons
- Salt
- Pinches of ham
Artichokes in Extra Virgin Olive Oil
The artichoke is an autumn vegetable with a succulent, fine flavor, with a slight note of bitterness and a sweet finish. The best way to consume it to enhance all its nuances is cooked naturally seasoning it with Extra Virgin Olive Oil Molino de Ízcar.
- Clean the artichokes one by one until they are in the heart and brush them with a little lemon so that they do not oxidize.
- Add them to a pot with salt, the juice of 2 lemons, the Extra Virgin Olive Oil Molino de Ízcar, and the 2 liters of water.
- Put the pot on the heat and let it cook until the artichokes become tender.
