Ingredients
- 4 units of ripe bananas.
- 40 grams of peanut butter.
- 4 units of Digestive Fiber Biscuits.
- A sprig of lavender rosemary.
- 4 quenelles of artisan ice cream.
- 4 units of Lavender Flowers.
- Orange Gel.
- EVOO from Peña de Baena.
Banana on Lavender Earth with Orange Gel and Peanut Butter
The dessert we present to you is a recipe that is a little different from the typical but that you must try, since its preparation is not complicated at all and its time is rather short. If you want to get out of the ordinary and get to know new textures and flavors, this dish is wonderful and prepared with Extra Virgin Olive Oil Peña de Baena, even more.
- Grind the cookies with the sprig of rosemary lavender and set aside.
- Cut each banana into 4 small pieces and marinate in PEÑA DE BAENA EVOO.
- Place with a bed of biscuit and lavender soil, put the banana pieces on top of it.
- On top, a little bit of peanut butter.
- Garnish with the lavender flowers and serve with orange gel, ice cream and a few drops of EVOO PEÑA DE BAENA.
