Broad Beans with Ham and Scrambled Fried Eggs
Typical stew of Granada's cuisine, ideal as a starter or first course. Thanks to the incorporation of Extra Virgin Olive Oil Molino de Ízcar we get an extra softness for this dish.
- Peeling the Beans of Time
- Pour extra virgin olive oil Molino de Ízcar into a saucepan and when the oil is warm, add the broad beans. Cook for about 5 minutes.
- Once cooked, sauté them in a frying pan with a little extra virgin olive oil Molino de Ízcar and Iberian ham cubes.
- Separately, fry some eggs in extra virgin olive oil Molino de Ízcar.
- Once all this process is finished, put the beans on a tray and place the fried eggs on top of the beans. Crack the eggs so that the beans take on the softness of the fried egg yolk.
