- A dash of extra virgin olive oil Peña de Baena
- 100 gr. flour
- A dash of dried anise

The time of Porridge is approaching and we want to offer you this recipe in which you can not miss a good extra virgin olive oil. In this case, we recommend Peña de Baena because of its characteristics that make it pair perfectly with homemade pastries.
- Place the milk, water, cinnamon, lemon peel, and salt in a saucepan.
- While the above is cooking, prepare a frying pan with the hot Peña de Baena extra virgin olive oil, to which we add the flour so that it is a little toasted.
- When the milk begins to boil, add it to the pan with the flour, and stirring constantly, add the dried anise to taste.
- Finally, garnish the dish with ground cinnamon and tostones.
