Ingredients

  • 2 units of conference pear.
  • 100 grams of sugar.
  • 100 grams of white cream cheese.
  • Cinnamon.
  • Pink pepper.
  • Nail.
  • Orange peel.
  • White chocolate.
  • Pure honey.
  • A glass of Amontillado wine.
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil EVOO Peña de Baena.

Spiced Pear with Honey and Amontillado Wine

Combining two essential ingredients in the kitchen such as the Extra Virgin Olive Oil Peña de Baena and the Amontillado Wine of our land is essential, but if it is also a dessert, the sensation is even greater. Cooking this recipe will not only win us over for its flavor, but also for the special aroma it will leave in your kitchens. This dessert is suitable for all members of the family, for children too, as the alcochol content evaporates during cooking.

  1. Peel and pit the pears.
  2. Put in a pot with the sugar, spices, orange peel, a drizzle of honey and another of EVOO PEÑA DE BAENA.
  3. Cook until the pears are tender.
  4. Remove from the heat and stir in the glass of Amontillado.
  5. Cover this preparation so that they infuse all the aromas and penetrate well into the pears.
  6. With the white chocolate we will make crunchy and cold slices.
  7. Assemble the dessert: First a little white cream cheese.
  8. Put the cooked and cold pear and the white chocolate sheet on top of it.
  9. Garnish with Amontillado wine syrup and spices, Honey.
  10. And sprinkle a few drops of EVOO PEÑA DE BAENA.
