Ingredients
- 1 kilo of beef tenderloin.
- Ground pepper.
- 5 grams of thyme on the vine.
- 1 head of garlic.
- 50 grams of brandy.
- Salt.
- 30 ml of Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) Molino de Ízcar.
Beef Roast-Beef
For the special dates in which we find ourselves, delight your guests with this wonderful dish of Roast-beef beef. With this recipe we encourage you to try it because we assure you that it will surprise you in a very positive way and as always with the best extra virgin olive oil Molino de Ízcar. Some tips for making a perfect roast beef are to choose a quality piece of meat and take care during its cooking on the oven rack.
- Clean and bridle the underside tightly.
- In a frying pan over high heat, sear with the Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) Molino de Ízcar all sides of the loin until well browned.
- Salt the tenderloin and pepper.
- Place on a baking tray and bake at 220ºC along with the head of garlic and thyme until it reaches a temperature of 52ºC through the heart (10 minutes approx.).
- Smear, cut thin slices and serve.
- We can accompany with vegetables, sautéed mushrooms and mashed potatoes.
