  • 120 grams of stir-fry
  • 800 milliliters of fish stock
  • 200 grams of bomba rice
  • Extra virgin olive oil Peña de Baena
  • 100 grams of chopped cuttlefish
  • 2 large carabinieri
  • Garlic and parsley oil
  • Chopped chives

Creamy prawn rice

Prabinieri are a highly prized crustacean in gastronomy thanks to their taste and texture. In the head we find all its essence, therefore, this part is ideal for the preparation of the base of our rice. If, in addition, we do it with Peña de BaenaExtra Virgin Olive Oil, excellent for rice dishes, we get a dish of great delicacy.

  1. In a bowl with extra virgin olive oil Peña de Baena, brown the cuttlefish and the chopped heads of the prawns.
  2. Add the stir-fry and fish stock.
  3. Bring to a boil and when it starts to boil, add the rice.
  4. Cook for 12 minutes and then add the rest of the chopped prawns.
  5. Finish cooking for 2 more minutes.
  6. Finish with a drizzle of garlic oil, parsley, and chopped chives.
