This dish, at first sight simple, invites us to savour the flavour of the meat in all its splendour, enjoying its juiciness and smooth and pleasant texture. What better accompaniment for this cut of meat than Molino de Ízcar Extra Virgin Olive Oil, which adds fruity notes such as apple and garlic.
A simple yet delicious dish.
- In a frying pan with very hot Molino de Ízcar Extra Virgin Olive Oil, brown the cutlet on both sides and season to taste.
- Fry the whole peeled garlic in the same oil.
- Serve the chop with the garlic and the oil from the frying on top.
- Season to taste.
