- 400 grams of fresh salmon.
- 40 grams of pickled and chopped red onion.
- 40 grams of pickled and chopped pickles.
- 20 grams of mullet roe.
- A splash of soybeans.
- A tablespoon of mayonnaise.
- EVOO Corona de Baena.
- Orange gel.
- Lime gel.
Salmon Tartare
Salmon Tartare is a gourmet recipe, whose preparation in time is very short as it has no cooking preparation phases and is combined with ready-made pickles. The only peculiarity of its preparation is that the ingredients must be cut very small and quality products such as a good fresh salmon and Extra Virgin Olive Oil Corona de Baenaare added.
- Cut the fresh salmon into small cubes and garnish with the red onion, pickle, mullet roe and soy.
