  • 40 grams of pickled and chopped red onion.
  • 40 grams of pickled and chopped pickles.
  • 20 grams of mullet roe.
  • A splash of soybeans.
  • A tablespoon of mayonnaise.
  • EVOO Corona de Baena.
  • Orange gel.
  • Lime gel.

Salmon Tartare

Salmon Tartare is a gourmet recipe, whose preparation in time is very short as it has no cooking preparation phases and is combined with ready-made pickles. The only peculiarity of its preparation is that the ingredients must be cut very small and quality products such as a good fresh salmon and Extra Virgin Olive Oil Corona de Baenaare added.

  1. Cut the fresh salmon into small cubes and garnish with the red onion, pickle, mullet roe and soy.
  2. Add the mayonnaise for texture and creaminess.
  3. Serve with orange gel, lime gel and toast.
