  • 1 L milk
  • 6 egg yolks
  • 250 gr sugar
  • 100 gr of Cinnamon Corn Flour on the Stick
  • Lemon peel
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil Molino de Ízcar

Fried Milk

Perfect dessert to make a winter afternoon with the company of Extra Virgin Olive Oil Molino de Ízcar.

  1. Boil the milk with the lemon peel, sugar, and cinnamon stick.
  2. Whisk the egg yolks with the cinnamon corn flour.
  3. Combine the two preparations to make a dough, then heat on the stove until it starts to boil, avoiding sticking.
  4. Let it cool and cut the dough into rectangles.
  5. Dredge in flour and egg, then fry in Extra Virgin Olive Oil Molino de Ízcar. (As a suggestion, before serving, flambé with dry anise).
